What we do
Non-High Risk Buildings
- Coordinate design to demonstrate Building Regulations compliance.
- Prepare Building Control statement and manage applications.
- Liaise with Approved Inspector and maintain compliance tracking.
- Monitor design work and support duty holders.
- Issue PD (BSA) compliance declaration at completion.
Higher Risk Buildings (HRB) - 18m+ / 7+ storeys
- Guide through Gateway 1, 2 and 3 processes.
- Compile competency declarations and Golden Thread documentation.
- Liaise with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) for approvals.
